There is so much to do in Vegas and it can be so overwhelming. So I suggest that you just go to Morels in the Venetian!
The brunch is awesome (crab eggs benedict) but the "bottomless mimosas" and the bloody mary cart are killer. Its makes for a wonderful morning.
Irwin (our brunch host) and Jared (our host at lunch) were simply amazing making this a fun experience - so many laughs. Best brunch ever!!!! -

I've never been to Morels until our last Vegas trip and it was for a quick breakfast before we headed back out to Los Angeles. They open at 8:00 AM and literally on the dot the doors open.
I was the fourth group of people that came literally before they opened. Got sat down and I liked how they actually separated all of us so we weren't all bunched together. Even though we were all here at the same time.
Decided to get some orange juice and a cup of coffee. The OJ was pretty fresh and tasted good. Coffee as well was nice and hot.
Ordered steak and eggs and a order of tasty pancakes. The pancakes were nice and fluffy. The steak was so so, I was expecting it to taste really amazing but it was still decent. It does come with fries which tasted really good. That was a little surprising.
Overall food was pretty alright and I would want to try their dinner menu options. Maybe on our next trip to the sin city. -

This place is expensive, I don't care what anyone tells you, so let me get that out of the way first.
I don't know where to begin. The waitstaff was incredible. Friendly, attentive, and with an amazing command of the menu, both food and liquor wise.
Next, the sommelier, Alex, was not only knowledgeable, but friendly and funny. I enjoyed him immensely, as well as the wine suggestion he gave us.
We started with a cheese plate. We picked our five, and I'm not sure you could go wrong with any of the cheeses they offer. I'm a big bleu fan, and they did not disappoint.
Our main course was the "surf and turf for two" which is just the lobster and a steak of your choosing split for you. It was amazing (you're not saving any money though, it's still charged as two entrees.)
For dessert we had the cremates brûlée' trio. I'm a huge creme brûlée fan and this hit the mark like you wouldn't believe.
I highly recommend this place, just be prepared that it's not a cheap meal. -

This place was frankly horrible in food quality and ironically great in service. My friends and I dropped by for a lunch while we were in Vegas for the weekend, but we did not expect this place to be so horrible.
They first gave us complimentary Beignets that were disgusting! They were dry and tasteless. And why were they not dusted with powdered sugar? They were covered in table sugar and cinnamon, which waa a horrible idea.
I got some sort of Turkey Avocado sandwich. It tasted okay, nothing to write home about, however, the bread was very hard to bite through. It was rock hard. I do not enjoy struggling this hard to eat my food. The salad also looked as if it had lost life on the plate, overdressed and limp.
My boyfriend ordered a Croque Madame I believe. It tasted better than most things we ordered, but the fries that came with his ordered were empty and lifeless. They was no crunch, no seasoning, no flavor! How do you mess up fries?
One strange item was the toast that was given to us. It had a slightly chewy texture, but it ended up being crumbly and breaking down into dust. I was in awe of this strange toast...
The saving grace of all this disastrous food was the service. We were constantly offered water, checked up on it, and treated with kindness.
Long story short, I will never come back here. Lesson learned. -

SKIP AT ALL COSTS!
I came here with 3 of my friends and not one of us had a positive thing to say. Overpriced, overcooked, bad service... the list goes on but allow me to elaborate. We came here after seeing the very impressive Summer Tasting Menu on social media. 4 plates for $47.50 and opted to do the wine pairing flight for the additional $20.
1st impression: BEAUTIFUL spot! Gorgeous decor but empty on a Tuesday night. Sure Tuesdays are typically not indicative of a busy restaurant but you would at least expect half the restaurant full. I would say there were 4 tables occupied including ours. Our waiter came quickly and went through all of the specials not giving us a second to say anything. After about 3 minutes of him telling us the specials, we informed him that we wanted to do the tasting menu and he seemed disappointed in the choice, he said "Really? Are you sure? Do you know about our tasting menu?" he proceeded to say that the portions are extremely small but we said that was fine and wanted it anyway. We got two rolls of bread each and what looked like a tube squirted piece of butter that was really good enough for about one roll. Why are we being so cheap with the bread and butter?
I ordered the Chef's Prime Beef Tenderloin Tartare, the Sunsweet Watermelon and Arugula Salad, the Grass Fed New York Sirloin and the Chocolate Mousse.
Chef's Prime Beef Tenderloin Tartare: I would rate the dish a 5/10. It was well seasoned but in traditional tartare, there is a quail egg on the dish. It was also advertised to have a quail egg on the dish but somehow it never made it to the plate. It was also served with TWO potato chips. TWO! It was a small dish but it needed more than two chips.
Watermelon and Arugula Salad: I would rate the dish an 8/10. Really delicious and refreshing but how can you screw up a salad? This was the best thing we were served with the biggest portion. I enjoyed it very much.
Grass Fed New York Sirloin: I would rate the dish a 4/10. Extremely tough meat and it was thick like a filet mignon, not what you want when you order a New York steak. Came with mashed potatoes and they were literally that. Imagine mashing potatoes and serving them without seasoning or garlic, cheese, cream ANYTHING. Gritty and nasty. The only rescuing factor was the vegetables that came with it.
Chocolate Mousse: So good! 10/10 The only thing worth eating here.
Other things to mention, between each course, we waited about 10-15 minutes. We would get a wine for our next course and it would be sitting there for 10-15 minutes waiting for our next dish to be served. My friend ordered the calamari as her first course and she didn't even eat it. She said she couldn't chew through it. Another friend had to give back a glass of wine because the glass was dirty... come on... rookie mistakes here.
This was the worst $70 meal I have ever had and it would just be best to advise you all, if you're thinking of coming here, to just not.
